Ignette Moolman is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive leadership and management experience as a military and an airline pilot stemming from a 14-year military and a 10-year airline career. She is also a registered life coach with Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA), specialising in leadership and performance, career and identity coaching. Her latest achievement is qualifying as a Protection of Privacy Information Expert in collaboration with InfoSecEnforcer.com.
Ignette is no stranger to demanding leadership roles, having the distinction of being the first female selected as an Acting Officer Commanding of an operational squadron in the South African Air Force’s (SAAF) history. She also obtained the highest overall score on the SAAF’s prestigious Junior Command and Staff Course and was awarded the coveted Officer Commanding Sword.
Ignette brings the team her core strengths as defined by the GALLUP strength finder.
